Acresift

Parcel screening for North Carolina and Georgia

Find the land you can actually build on

Acresift checks every parcel in a county against your buy box and takes out the flood zone, the wetland and the steep ground, so you see buildable acres, not just acres. Then it tells you who owns it.

Your buy box

Tell it what you buy. Everything else drops off the map.

Acres, tax value, buildable acres, flood share, road frontage, stormwater program, zoning, town limits and who owns it. Set the rules once and every parcel in the county is checked against them.

  • Every parcel in the county, not just what's listed
  • Counts update as you drag
  • Save the rules as a view and reuse them

The parcel card

How much of it can you build on?

Click any parcel. The card shows buildable acres and what takes the rest: flood zone, wetland, steep ground, water. Then road frontage, stormwater program, zoning, the owner and where they get their tax bill, the last sale and the county's tax card.

  • Buildable acres measured, not guessed
  • Owner, mailing address, last sale, tax value
  • Go, Review later or No-go in one click

Add up the lots next door

Select several parcels and see them as one site: total acres, total buildable acres, total tax value and the flood share across all of them. Adjoining lots with the same owner are grouped for you, and a site report PDF is one click away.

How it works

From a whole county to a short list in three steps

  1. Pick a county

Search a county or town. Every parcel in it loads, with owner, acres and tax value from the county's own records.

  2. Set your buy box

Acres, price, buildable share, flood, road frontage, stormwater, zoning, town limits, owner type. Parcels that fail drop off the map.

  3. Decide and follow up

Open a parcel card, mark it Go, Review later or No-go, save it to a list and get an alert when it sells or changes owner.
