Filters
Each filter narrows the map and the list to the parcels that pass it. Filters combine: a parcel has to pass every filter that’s on.
Unknown means the parcel has no value for what the filter checks, for example no flood measurement because the county hasn’t been measured yet. Unknown parcels are left out unless you turn on Include unknown in the Filters panel. The panel shows how many were left out for each filter.
A filter the whole county can’t use is greyed out, with the reason. For example, Max sale $ / acre is greyed out in a county that publishes no sale prices.
