Most work happens on the map, at app.acresift.com/app: search at the top, the parcel list on the left, the map in the middle, parcel tabs on the right.

Search
Type a place, owner, parcel number or coordinates. Or describe what you want, like 10 to 40 acres with road frontage outside town, and choose Set filters from “…”. The app sets the filters and marks each guess AI guess; check them.
The left panel
Parcels: the parcels in view that pass your filters. Sort them, or narrow with Search parcels in view….
Filters opens the Filters panel. Active filters show as chips; × removes one.
N match · N unknown counts parcels that couldn’t be checked. Include unknown brings them back.
Saved holds your views and lists. See The Saved tab.
Widen the panel (›) to get a table; « hides it.
The right panel
Each parcel you open gets a tab. The newest unpinned tab is a preview that the next parcel replaces; pin a tab to keep it. See Pin and switch tabs and The parcel panel.
On the map
Click a parcel to open it. Right-click anywhere for the spot card: zoning, flood zone, soil and more at that point, plus directions and Street View. The buttons are in Map layers, legend and controls; the select tool is in Selecting and comparing.
