Open any parcel and its panel fills the right side. This page goes top to bottom; for a task-by-task version, see Read a parcel card.

Header and pictures

The address, + List to save it to a list, ⋯ for the parcel link, Parcel report (PDF), directions and Street View, and × to close. Below it, switch between aerial, map, 3D, older photos and Street View.

Sections

1. Summary: owner, acres, tax value, last sale and parcel number.
2. Owner & mailing: who owns it, whether they’re absentee, and where the tax bill goes.
3. Values & history: tax values, the last sale and owner changes.
4. The land: road frontage, buildings, buildable acres, flood, wetland, steep ground and water, in covered counties.
5. Site, zoning & stormwater: whose zoning applies and the stormwater program.

Further down: the county’s own tax card where it’s online, Adjoining owners (with a mailing list), What else this owner owns, Ask about this parcel (an AI answer from the panel’s data; check it), Nearby activity, Timeline, Tracker tags, Notes, At this spot and links to county pages.
