The listing panel

For-sale listings are only on accounts with listings access. They aren’t part of the public plans.

When a parcel is for sale, or you open one from the Listings tab, the panel shows the listing:

  • Status (For sale, Price reduced, Under contract, Sold), days on market and links to the listing sites.
  • Description, broker and Documents (plats, surveys, flyers you can read in place).
  • Parcels in this listing, each with how sure the match is, plus a combined total.
  • Asking against the county: asking price next to tax value and last sale.
  • The listing’s History.
